There has been a lot of progress in the past year on providing options for “newer” or “new” construction Real Estate products on Seabrook. With the market becoming stronger almost daily, those options are growing as well.
Of course, the Salt Marsh at Seabrook townhomes have been a big hit, particularly with the introduction of the new 2,500 square foot duplex model. It’s worth taking a drive through their gate to see the mini-“building boom” that is going on.
A new player in the new construction game has arrived. Seabrook Island Real Estate has just begun to market four new construction, single family, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath homes in the $575,000 – $625,000 price range. These homes are being built by Loan Oaks Development Company on prime sites in Seabrook Village. Loan Oaks is a luxury builder with local roots, as well as on Martha’s Vineyard.
Of course, there is the recently completed, magnificent renovation of the Atrium Villas. The Atrium is essentially now a NEW building! From a marketing standpoint, Seabrook Island Real Estate is developing marketing materials to treat Atriums that way, when and if resale opportunities come along. Seabrook Island Real Estate, along with a quality local builder, is also exploring the idea of marketing “pre-approved” house plans to our prospects. These plans would be available to be built on the homesite chosen and purchased by our prospects. More on this as the year progresses.
