Villas, Cottages & Townhomes

Among Seabrook’s 2,600 residential properties there are 38 charming “communities within the community”. These Regime managed communities include three building styles.Villas include communities where in most cases the units are located on more than one floor in a traditional “Condominium” format. Cottages refer to communities made up of similar “stand alone” structures, essentially smaller cottage type homes.  Seabrook also has several classic Townhome communities made up of two or three floor properties sharing a common wall.
