Amenity Service Front Desk Agent
The Front Desk Attendant is a Customer Service-oriented position that is responsible for amenity cards issued to new members, rental guests and guests of club members. The Front Desk Attendant will also act as a customer service representative and market the club accordingly, as well as answer the phone, respond to and transfer calls appropriately. Assist with flyers/advertising of amenities and amenity events.
This position is SEASONAL. This employee would be regularly scheduled to work 5 days/week getting 40 hours from March 1st until the end of September. The Front Desk Attendant works 3 consecutive weekdays as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience.
