Club Membership
Since its founding in July of 1991, the Seabrook Island Club has grown to over 1,700 members. The Club’s facilities have developed along with the membership base and are now among the best in the Lowcountry. Effective January 1, 2005, all new property owners are required to purchase a Club membership as outlined by the Seabrook Island Property Owner Association (SIPOA) Covenants. There is a limited membership availability for those who don't own property at Seabrook at the Social and Full membership levels.
Club members enjoy all of the amenities at Seabrook Island including two challenging golf courses, tennis, an equestrian center, fitness center, swimming pools and exceptional dining! Plus a full calendar of organized sporting and social events throughout the year keep the members busy.
But it is not all about the facilities – the staff of the Seabrook Island Club provide members with the personal attention and outstanding service expected in a private club, with many staff receiving professional accolades in their respective fields.
Club Guests
Unaccompanied guests of members, whether personal or renting, need to have an amenity card in order to have access to Club facilities. Amenity card requests are to be made 48 hours in advance by clicking Here or by calling the Amenity Office at 843.768.3942 or 843.768.2500 Ext. "1". Cards will be ready for pick up on the guest arrival date at the Amenity Card office located in the right rear entry of the Seabrook Island Real Estate Office.

Full Membership
Privileges include:
- unlimited golf at cart fee only
- discounted golf for immediate family members
- free golf bag storage
- 50% off lockers
- free range balls
- unlimited tennis at no charge
- free tennis for immediate family
- 2 equestrian center pony or beginner trail rides annually
- free golf club identification labels
- free handicapping service
- amenity fees waived for rental guests
- unlimited use of dining, pools, shops and fitness center
- 30 days advance tee time registration
- 10% dining discount
- "associate bronze" clubcorp reciprocal benefits ("signature gold unlimited" elective upgrade available)
Social Membership
Privileges include:
- 25 rounds of golf at cart fee only for member or personal use (not rental or commercial)
- unlimited tennis at no charge
- amenity fee waived for rental guests
- unlimited use of dining, pools, shops and fitness center
- 14 days advance tee time registration
- 10% dining discount
- "associate bronze" clubcorp reciprocal benefits ("signature gold unlimited" elective upgrade available)
Community Membership
Privileges include:
- 25 rounds of golf, annually, at member rate
- 25 sessions of tennis (2 hours per session) at member rate
- unlimited use of dining, pools, shops and fitness center
- 7 days advance tee time registration
- 10% dining discount
- "associate bronze" clubcorp reciprocal benefits
Community Unimproved Lot Membership
Privileges include:
- 12 rounds of golf at member rate
- 25 sessions of tennis (2 hours per session) at member rate
- unlimited use of dining, pools, shops and fitness center
- 3 days advance tee time registration
- 10% dining discount
- "associate bronze" clubcorp reciprocal benefits
