I am a past resident of the Washington, D.C. area with more than 37 years of business leadership and executive management experience, largely in contracts and materials management. I am a past President and Director of National Affairs of the Purchasing Management Association of Washington, D.C., Board Member the Investment Recovery Association, and Team Leader of the Civil Engineering Research Foundation. I retired in 2000 as Vice President and Corporate Secretary from W. A. Chester, L.L.C., a company that installs high voltage underground lines for utilities all over America.


Currently, I am a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina from the Charleston School of Real Estate and permanent resident of Seabrook Island.
